See it, before you set it up

The whole product is really two screens: an alert the instant something happens on Fiverr, and a dashboard that keeps the full history. Here's exactly what that looks like.

Watch the whole setup — under two minutes

Every step below, start to finish, recorded in the real app.

Getting started

1. Create your free account

Sign up here with your email, confirm the verification email, and log in. Every account gets full access, free — no card needed.

2. Add the extension from the Chrome Web Store

Open PulseProHQ on the Chrome Web Store and click Add to Chrome → Add extension. That's it — one click, and it updates itself automatically. Works in Chrome, Edge, Brave, and other Chromium browsers.

3. Pin it for easy access

Click the puzzle-piece icon in Chrome's toolbar (top right) and pin PulseProHQ so its icon stays next to your address bar. That icon is how you open the popup to check your live status.

4. Log the extension in

Click the PulseProHQ icon and log in with your PulseProHQ email and password — the account from step 1, neveryour Fiverr login (we never ask for Fiverr credentials). You'll see "✓ Connected!" when it works. From then on, open the popup any time to check the live status — it honestly shows "🟢 Watching Fiverr"when it's actively detecting, or tells you exactly why it isn't.

5. Open Fiverr and leave the tab open

Open fiverr.com/inbox (or pro.fiverr.com if you're a Pro seller) and simply leave that tab open — your Orders page works the same way. That's it, detection is automatic from here.

6. Connect Telegram (optional but recommended)

In your dashboard Settings, tap Connect Telegram — it opens Telegram, you tap Startonce, done. Now alerts reach your phone even when you're away from the computer (as long as your computer stays on with the Fiverr tab open).

How detection works (and its honest limits)

Works while you work on other things

You don't need to be looking at the Fiverr tab — it doesn't even need to be the tab you last clicked on. Switch to Gmail, write documents, edit videos, use other apps: as long as Chrome is running somewhere with that Fiverr tab still open (even buried in the background), detection keeps working. It checks every 5 seconds when it can (see below for the one case where it slows down). The extension automatically tells Chrome to keep the Fiverr tab awake, so Chrome's memory-saver won't put it to sleep — nothing for you to set up.

If Chrome ever discards the tab anyway (rare, but possible on some Chrome versions/settings), you can also fix it manually: right-click the Fiverr tab → "Always keep this tab active" (if your version of Chrome shows that option), or open chrome://settings/performance → "Always keep these sites active" → add fiverr.com. Most people will never need this — it's a backup, not a requirement.

Left in the background a long time? It can slow to once a minute

Chrome itself — not PulseProHQ — slows down timers in tabs that have sat unfocused for a while (Chrome calls this "intensive throttling"). After roughly 5 minutes in the background, Chrome can clamp our 5-second check down to about once a minute, no matter what interval we ask for. We can't override this from an extension — even Chrome's own scheduling API has a 1-minute floor.

It rarely matters in practice — the moment Fiverr's own page actually updates, detection reacts instantly regardless of this throttling. If split-second timing matters for a particular order, keeping the Fiverr tab in the foreground (or glancing at it occasionally) sidesteps the slowdown entirely.

It watches your Inbox and Orders pages specifically

Not "anywhere on Fiverr" — the extension reads the actual message/order list on the page, so that page has to be open in some tab. If you're browsing a gig or your profile instead, detection is paused until you're back on your Inbox or Orders tab. It doesn't need to be the tab you're looking at, just one that's open somewhere.

Computer off = detection paused (for now)

Honest limitation: the extension lives inside Chrome, so if your computer is off or asleep, nothing can watch your inbox. We will never ask for your Fiverr password to monitor it from our servers — that would violate Fiverr's terms and our own privacy promise. Around-the-clock monitoring is what our upcoming mobile app is for.

Updates install themselves

Because PulseProHQ is on the Chrome Web Store, every fix and new feature updates automatically in the background — you never have to reinstall or re-download anything. Your login stays exactly where it is.

Want the newest version right now? Open chrome://extensions and click Updateat the top — but you don't need to; Chrome handles it within a day.

Notification channels

Which channels can I get alerts on?

Chrome browser notifications, Telegram, and email today. WhatsApp is on the way. Connect any of them in Settings — you can use one or all at once, and turn each on or off independently.

How do I connect Telegram?

In Settings, tap Connect Telegram. It opens our bot in Telegram, you tap Start once, and you're linked. One Telegram chat can even be connected to several PulseProHQ accounts — each alert is labeled with which account it belongs to.

How do I turn on email alerts?

In Settings, add and confirm your email under channels, then toggle email on. You can send a test notification from Settings to be sure it's working.

Can I set quiet hours?

Yes — Settings lets you set quiet hours and a daily summary digest so you're not pinged overnight.

Your dashboard

What's on the dashboard?

A live view of what needs you: unread messages, active orders, what's due today, late orders, and revenue this month — plus a running feed of every notification.

Does it track my orders?

Yes. Orders show their status — late, delivered, completed, cancelled — and you get smart reminders for stale orders and approaching deadlines so nothing slips.

What are AI summaries?

Long buyer messages get shortened into a quick summary for your push alert, while the full text always stays on your dashboard. AI features turn on once the AI provider is connected.

Teams

How do teams work?

Create a team, invite members by email, and see combined stats across every account in one shared view. Each member's own Fiverr detection and alerts stay entirely their own — joining just shares their stats into the team view.

How do I invite someone?

On the Team page, send an invite by email. They get a branded email with a join link; you can also copy the link and share it directly.

Billing & founder pricing

Is it really free to start?

Yes. No card required to sign up, and your trial gives full access to every feature — 30 buyer-message alerts (50 with the follow bonus). Once those are used, push alerts pause until you upgrade.

What's the founder offer?

The first 100 members get founder pricing — $2/mo (vs the $3 standard) for their first 2 months, then it renews at the standard price. You'll see your founder status once you're signed in.

What are the plans?

Free trial to start, Individual at $3/mo (founder $2 for your first 2 months), and Pro at $10/mo with 4 accounts and extra Fiverr accounts at Free/mo each. Prices shown are USD and may be lower in your country — the Pricing page shows your local rate.

Privacy & safety

Do you ask for my Fiverr password?

Never. PulseProHQ reads the Fiverr page that's already open in your own logged-in browser — it never logs in for you, never calls Fiverr's private API, and never asks for your Fiverr credentials.

Is my data private?

Your data stays yours. We don't share your Fiverr account details with anyone. The extension only reads your Inbox and Orders pages to detect changes.

Is this against Fiverr's rules?

It works like a personal assistant reading your own screen — it doesn't automate actions on Fiverr or scrape other users. We deliberately avoid anything that would ask for your login or act on your behalf.

Troubleshooting

The popup says "Not watching"

Open fiverr.com/inbox (or your Orders page) in a tab and leave it open. Detection needs one of those pages open somewhere in Chrome.

I'm not getting Telegram messages

In Settings, check that Telegram shows Connected, then use "Send test notification". If the test doesn't arrive, reconnect Telegram.

I forgot my password

Use the Forgot password link on the login page — you'll get a reset email. You can also sign in with Google.

Still stuck?

Open a support ticket from the Support page — a human replies, and you can get the answer by email too.

Ready to stop refreshing your inbox?

Start free in a couple of minutes. No card required.
