Terms of Service

PulseProHQ is a notification tool for freelancers. Our Chrome extension watches Fiverr pages open in your own browser and alerts you to new messages, orders, and deadlines via browser notifications and a web dashboard. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

PulseProHQ is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Fiverr International Ltd. You are responsible for your own compliance with Fiverr's Terms of Service while using their platform.

• You must provide accurate information and keep your password secure.
• One person per account; you're responsible for activity under it.
• You must be at least 16 years old.
• You may disconnect devices or delete your account at any time from the dashboard.

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, resell, or abuse the service or its API;
• Send fabricated or automated junk events to our endpoints;
• Use PulseProHQ to violate any law or third-party rights;
• Attempt to access other users' data or probe our systems for vulnerabilities (report those to us instead — see §10).

Every account starts on a free trial with full access to every feature, metered on buyer-message alerts (30, or 50 with the follow bonus). Paid plans (Individual, Pro) are live, with pricing always shown on the Pricing page before you subscribe. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features of the free trial with reasonable notice.

All subscription payments for PulseProHQ are final and non-refundable. By subscribing, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are purchasing immediate access to PulseProHQ services.
• Refunds will not be issued once payment has been successfully processed, except where required by applicable law.
• Cancelling your subscription stops future renewals only and does not entitle you to a refund.
• Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period.
• If you experience any billing or technical issues, please contact PulseProHQ Support before contacting your bank or card issuer.

The Refer & Earn program lets you share a personal link and earn account credit (e.g. a free month) for each genuine signup once referral rewards go live. Self-referrals, fake or incentivized signups, and any attempt to manipulate click or signup tracking are prohibited — we may void credit or remove accounts found doing this, at our discretion. Reward amounts and terms will be published in full before any credit is applied; nothing shown in the current dashboard is a payment commitment. If you promote PulseProHQ publicly, disclose the relationship as required by applicable advertising and endorsement laws in your audience's jurisdiction.

PulseProHQ depends on how Fiverr's website is built. If Fiverr changes their pages, detection can break until we ship a fix. Browser alerts also require your browser to be running. The service is provided "as is" — we work hard for reliability but cannot guarantee every event is caught. Do not rely on PulseProHQ as your only way of meeting contractual or platform deadlines.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PulseProHQ is not liable for indirect damages — lost profits, lost clients, rating drops, or missed deadlines. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim ($0 on the free plan).

You agree to defend and hold PulseProHQ harmless from any claim, loss, or dispute arising from your violation of these terms, your violation of Fiverr's own Terms of Service while using the extension, or your misuse of the service. This doesn't cover claims caused by our own negligence or a defect in the service itself.

Found a vulnerability? Email pulseprohq@gmail.com with details. Good-faith security research reported responsibly will never result in legal action from us.

You can delete your account anytime. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practical. On deletion, your data is removed per our Privacy Policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. If we change these terms materially, we'll notify you by email and in the dashboard before changes take effect.
