Is PulseProHQ affiliated with Fiverr?
No. PulseProHQ is an independent tool built for Fiverr freelancers. It watches the Fiverr pages you already have open in your own browser — your Fiverr login never passes through us.
How does the extension detect new messages?
It reads the page, not your account. While you have your Fiverr Inbox or Orders tab open, the extension watches that page's own content for changes — a new message appearing, an order's status changing — the same way you'd notice it by looking. It never logs into Fiverr, calls Fiverr's API, or accesses your account from anywhere but that open tab in your own browser.
Do you store my Fiverr password?
Never, and we couldn't even if we wanted to — the extension has no login form for Fiverr and never sees that page. Your PulseProHQ account (used only to log into the extension and dashboard) is completely separate from your Fiverr account.
What does the free plan include?
Every feature, free, during your trial: Chrome, Telegram, and email notifications, Google sign-in, the web dashboard, order tracking, analytics, and team workspace. The trial covers 30 buyer-message alerts (50 if you claim the follow bonus) — after that, push alerts pause until you upgrade, starting at $2/mo. The AI assistant and the mobile app are coming soon.
What happens if my computer is off?
Detection pauses — the extension only runs while Chrome is open with a Fiverr tab loaded, so nothing can watch your inbox with your computer off or asleep. Telegram doesn't change this: it's an extra place alerts get sent, not a separate way of detecting them. Always-on monitoring is what the planned mobile app is for.
