Built so your Fiverr login never touches us.
PulseProHQ watches the Fiverr pages you already have open — it never logs into Fiverr, never asks for your password, and stores as little as possible. Here's exactly how that works.
We never ask for your Fiverr password
There is no Fiverr login form anywhere in PulseProHQ — not in the extension, not in the app. Your Fiverr credentials never pass through us because we never handle them.
Secure authentication
Your PulseProHQ account uses Supabase Auth — email/password or Google sign-in — completely separate from your Fiverr account. Optional two-factor (TOTP) adds a second layer.
Encrypted in transit & at rest
Every connection runs over HTTPS/TLS, and your data sits in a managed Postgres database encrypted at rest. Access is scoped per-user by row-level security.
We store less, on purpose
We keep what's needed to alert you — the fact a message or order arrived — not the contents of your private Fiverr conversations. Less stored is less that can ever leak.
How alerts work
It reads the page, not your account
The same way you'd notice a new message by glancing at your inbox — the extension notices it for you, instantly.
Watches your open tab
While your Fiverr Inbox or Orders tab is open, the extension watches that page's own content for changes.
Sends only the signal
When something changes, it tells our backend that an event happened — securely over HTTPS — not your private message threads.
Alerts you anywhere
You get the alert on your browser, email, Telegram, or WhatsApp — wherever you chose to receive it.
Browser permissions
What the extension asks for, and why
Every permission maps to a single job. Nothing is requested that isn't used.
Access to fiverr.com tabs
So the extension can watch your own open Inbox and Orders pages for new activity. It reads that page's visible content — nothing else.
Notifications
So it can raise a browser notification the moment something lands. You can turn these off any time in your OS or the dashboard.
Storage
So your PulseProHQ login and settings persist between browser sessions. Stored locally in your browser, not shared.
Security questions, answered
Can PulseProHQ log into my Fiverr account?
No. The extension has no Fiverr login form and never authenticates with Fiverr. It only reads the Fiverr tab you already have open and are already logged into — the same content you can see yourself.
What exactly do you store about my messages?
We store the metadata needed to notify you and show your history — that an event happened, its type, timestamp, and a short preview where you've enabled it — not full transcripts of your buyer conversations.
Is my data shared or sold?
No. We don't sell your data or share it with advertisers. Data is used only to operate the alerts and features you signed up for. See our Privacy Policy for the full detail.
Can I delete my account and data?
Yes. You can delete your account from Settings → Account at any time, which removes your associated data. You stay in control.
Do you support two-factor authentication?
Yes. You can enable TOTP-based 2FA on your PulseProHQ account from Settings → Security for an extra layer of protection at sign-in.
